UX Flow – Information Architecture

CHALLENGE:

I had to create the UX flow for the overlapping customer journeys, especially when the messaging overlaps between websites and apps.

SOLUTION:

I led a two-day brainstorm session with designers, developers and product managers to come up with a cohesive structure.
